As the title says i am really curious how small is AGS team exactly
i am only asking this because it do seem Lost Ark shares the same community managers as New World. would it really be hard to get a dedicated team from AGS to handle Lost Ark so they can have the time to look into the actual problems the game is having and send the right data and problems back to smilegate ?
Most issues posted on this forums is barely relevant to what most regular players of this game actually feel about it. and do seem thats the only feedback AGS is taking back home.
Not saying that players complaining is not a good thing it actually is, because if there is no one complaining about a game that means the players already moved on and i think thats a thing AGS is actually not getting from what i have seen from recent CM posts about the complaints.
Lost Ark players been waiting for this game release in the west for years, we played every region there is we loved this game because it was one of the only mmos that had devs that actually cared about the player experience and pumping out content like crazy you might think smilegate actually have non sleeping devs of how many content they can showcase at LOA on winter.
Meanwhile we are on the fear that our first legion commander release will be delayed because some people on the forums still saying they releasing things too fast. I was optimistic when i saw the Gold River interview about our version before release because he stated that we will release content to be able to catch up to other regions at a faster rate but i dont think that will be the case the way things are going now, and id assume thats a part of our publisher relaying “our complaints” to smilegate, but then again is it really the actual playerbase complaints because on my server Kadan - EUC most people running around as 1400+ with no ACTUAL raids to do for a month.
for most of us a delay a month on a content is not really a month for how long we have waited to get our own region/version of the game.
What i am getting at here is can we get a dedicated team from AGS to work on Lost Ark only and actually play and get involved in it and relay actual information to smilegate so we can make our version of the game healthy because with all due respect i do not think the team for lost ark that is working at AGS know exactly what this game is about.
never thought id be posting on the forums ever but here it is after 8 characters at tier 3 and a main at 1420 that i have no reason to keep upgrading and bored out of my mind.
we want to raid please elp. stop holding us hostage in this region.
