How to complete quest "Nothing is imposibble for cykins"?

Hello, i want to know why my knowledge transfer unavailbale, it says i need to complete quest “nothing is imposibble for cykins” but i dont know where and how to start the quest

You can get the purple quest in your stronghold in front of the main building. It’s shown on the map as well.

for now i dont see anything… so maybe i just need to finish the previous quests? because i still have some quest needed to be done for stronghold

The stronghold needs to be lvl 5 btw and you have to go with your main I think.
