I bought Platinum Founder’s Pack.
I started playing with some friends on the first day (Wednesday), next you locked the servers so other friends couldn’t join us. We moved to another server and started leveling from the scratch (I love to waste ~15h on the same content twice).
Now we have Tuesday, I haven’t received a Founder’s Pack on the new server yet. I have issues with logging into the game (issues 10027) every 80% of tries. I have to wait 2h+ when I’m luck and even I start playing I have some issues that froze the game and I have to restart it (and wait in queue again).
Paid 99$ to wait most of the time and NOTHING ELSE? What a bargain.
You can’t refund. I also tried in every way possible, the only solution was to ask for legal help from someone, in max 15 days I will receive an answer.
I’m not saying I’ll solve everything, I just asked them if it’s okay what’s going on. If you want to know more information, you can ask protection consumer in the country where you are from. At least for me, there is the option of just asking a question or calling a lawyer for free questions. Good luck, my friend!
