This thread is POINTLESS, we will never be getting legendary skins in this region. Maybe a few years down the line when the game “dies” in terms of playerbase and mostly the niche korean mmo enjoyers remain, they will finally put them in. They will never insult the other regions by giving them to us in another way.

There are players who just cant accept the facts and that they wont have these skins in the near future.
I’ll agree with you 100% there, in fact I don’t think we’ll get them ever in a redesigned fashion. It’s either Yoz’s Jar is implemented, or nothing at all. That’s were my thought on geo-blocking comes in. The system itself isn’t changed, only the access to it on the backend. I could type a whole paragraph on how that would work from a network/server side of things but that would bore everyone to death.
They could literally buy those skins with gold from the AH lol, they just wouldnt be able to gamble them.
This is terrible. Any RNG with skins should be removed from the game. Just have the skins in store and that’s it.

skins in league can be acquired through random boxes and direct purchase
for example and nobody complains about the loot system as it has given us a substantial amount of cosmetics for essentially free
Let’s just say instead of RNG they sold the set for $500 dollars worth of crystals. Would you rather that over a chance at getting them for less?
why put them for 500$ ? what makes those skins worth 500$ exactly?
I would not even care if the skins were 5k$ since I have no interest in buying them. There should be no loot boxes of any sort in this or any game.

Yozs jar is a terrible system
giving people a direct way to acquire the cosmetic is important when implementing gambling systems
this is why leagues hextech boxes work fine
and Yozs jar is strongly regarded as predatory and terrible

No context changes that. Gambling with real money is not ok. It doesn’t matter if you have option of buying the skin or gaming for it in hope to save money if you get lucky. Any gambling system for real money in any game should be removed.
