How to lift trust issues account in Lost Ark please. help

Hello, could you help me? I made in-game purchase (“LostArk”), but still blocked to perform “Trade” and send email, my Market be released.(be all right in the Market, just sending email and “Trade”!)

There are some steps to be done to enable this. This is the official information that we have to obtain Trusted status in Lost Ark:

  1. Have a purchase within Lost Ark that was placed over 72 hours ago and remains in good standing.
  2. Have a Steam purchase that was placed over 90 days ago and remains in good standing.
  3. Activate Steam Guard Mobile 2FA. To learn more about Steam’s 2FA and how to activate it, check out the Steam support article .

If you have met these requirement but you haven’t get the Trusted Status, then you can contact our support team and investigate it further.

in my city today the power was falling, because of that I missed a boss rush and I also can’t access gate 2 of the abyss raid. how do i get them back?

how did you manage to to get trusted? did you buy royal crystals?

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your Boss Rush and G2 of the Abyss Raid runs, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

  1. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

  2. Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
