I would really consider to move to EUW, but I guess it will again become a race for good names. How will anyone be able to login to the new server at 6pm when I can’t even get to the region selection with error 10027?
Yeah doesn’t help when the devs say we are introducing these servers to help the load, but I can’t even get to the point to select the server because of 10027… I got a founders pack and I’ve managed to only play the first 3 founder days, since then all I’ve seen is either this error or queue times, that I physically don’t have time to sit through… I really wish companies would get punished for this kind of malpractice… Take money and flee, this isn’t branded as an early access game… I am a developer and it seems like their solutions analysts using first thing that comes in their mind without considering the benefits or in this case the negatives.

A lot of people mentioned here that this error message 10027 is a really bad design decision.

Navigate to the Lost Ark files
You can get half way to this location by right clicking on the game in steam > Manage > browse local files
Local the file
Edit the file in notepad/notepad++
UserOption.xml
This can be found in EFGame\Config
(Full path is \Steam\steamapps\common\Lost Ark\EFGame\Config)
Search for and change
<RegionID>CE</RegionID>
to
<RegionID>WE</RegionID>
Save file and load game up
