TItle basically says all…how can i actually make gold? Im at gear 1k now and have only around 2,5k for a long time now and ill admit it…i have no idea how to consistantly make gold except of trying auction house flipping

I’m at 1030 ilvl and I’m stuck with 2600 gold.
I don’t think you can make gold in this game before t3 and in order to reach that, you either need infinite time or real money.
It’s demoralizing…

do compass bro, and the most is do chaos gate every day when they available, its so much gold even you are in tier 1 or tier 2
Sell gems on the auction house, look at the general price. Set them at bid 2 and a decent buy-out price and sometimes they sell, sometimes they don’t.
Sell high quality tradeable gear from chaos with decent or good rolls/stats.

When you say set them at 2, you mean sell them in a pack of 2?
Also, what are good chaos gear stats to aim for sell?
I mean bid price at 2, you can set the buyout to whatever but don’t make it crazy.
Good stats are I believe crit, specialization and swiftness. Also accessories with a +2 node are better than +1

Sell your unbound honing mats. Sell your accessories with desired engraving bonuses and GOOD stats for a particular class. Sell ability stones that are on the market for high prices. I probably made somewhere around 100k in T2 mostly selling honing mats, including moon’s breath, from dailies.
Are there any other methods instead of selling stuff on the auction house? or is this and (i think) abyss dungeons the only really source for gold?
Your leapstones from Guardians and Chaos Dungeons are all unbound. Also your loot from Chaos Gates aka the maps you get are also unbound. Granted, mats have considerably dropped in price now that more are entering T3, but I sold nearly anything I got that was not bound.
If you are at T3 infinite chaos dungeon it’s your best bet.
Una dailies is an alternative, I recommend doing them on your alts too because all of it counts towards your una coin gain.
You can turn in 800 (Correct me if I’m wrong) coins to receive a chest for a chance of a decent to large amount of gold.
Also double check the rapport rewards from certain NPCs. Some give gold rewards.

Do your daily/weekly activities, get lucky engraving book drops, only use the untradable engraving bags for yourself and turn the tradable ones into the most profitable (usually Berserker oriented) books.
You’ve missed the best time to make gold, the whales have already capped out.
Make alters and sell all with them. The maps help too.
I’m on 35k currently, my main is 1090, I have no rush for anything but A LOT of people pay for that rush, I sell everything almost instant.
F2P except for the Gold Founder’s Pack, and only used the blue gems for expand the card stock and the “auto sprint” boat skin.
If you are not in a rush, selling honing stuff is also a lot of money. even Tier 1 honing stones are 160g last I checked - each.
