Its impossible to report these multiboxers.

To report players that break the Code of Conduct you have 2 options, you can either report them in-game via right clicking their character name and using the Report button, or you can fill out a report web ticket by following this link:
Please remember forum staff doesn’t take part in in-game moderation and we can’t take actions against players, only the moderation team can.

Thanks for this automated response. @Fanduh please analyze the screenshot and tell me how you would proceed with reporting the players who are literally stacked on top of eachother.
Unfortunately at the moment the 2 options above are the only ways of reporting players, if a character can’t be clicked or the name is hid by the characters being stacked on top of each other it won’t be possible to report them unless they move and let you see their character name/click them.

Congrats on taking a SS of something that’s been prevelant for a year now.
Don’t waste your time reporting them.
AGS has an automated system in place to automatically detect botting. They just have to do more frequent ban waves.
