Hey. Im trying to unlock Levi on my newest (1370) alt as he is being sentenced to rapport duty, however I cannot for the life of me find a clear and concise answer via google or searching these forums, on exactly which quest line this alt will need to complete in order to unlock Levi for rapport. I am far too lazy with this alt to go through every single “side quest/purple quest”, hoping I hit the right one. Does anyone just have a simple answer for me? Pllleessee. I gotta feed my rapport for sea bounty addiction!

There is a purple quest in feiton / kalajar that you must do for him, but it is on a daylie basis. So have to look for a new Quest every day for 3 or 4 days. Just port to kalajar and you can see it on your map every day.
