so i got a quite inconvenient problem with my cristalline aura (30d).
Note that I’m not having cristalline aura activated.
While i was doing a chaos dungeon run i realized my inventory was full. To unlock my Companion Inventory i went to the cash shop inside the chaos dungeon to buy cristalline aura. I tried to claim my cristalline aura from the product inventory and it worked (right here the game should tell me its not possible since my inventory is full). After searching for it to check where it got stored, i found it got stored in the Companion inventory where i have no access too (check gyazo link)
Well, is there any way to get my cristalline aura and activate it without buying a second aura only to get my first one. I dont really want to spent again 410 blue cash shop crystals.
I think this shouldn’t be even possible in the first place.

I understand your situation here with the crystalline aura stored in pet inventory.
Pet Inventory is only accessible when crystalline aura is active. I am afraid as of now, we do not have any other option, but to clear out inventory and then repurchase crystalline aura and activate it. I understand its an inconvenience right now and I will make sure to let the devs know about it.
Once done, you can store your previous crystalline aura in storage and activate it once this one expires.
I do understand this is not a feasible solution, however, unfortunately I we do not have any workaround for this.
Can i purchase crystalline aura outside the cash store somewhere? Like at a NPC maybe ?
I do not have blue crystals left and not enough gold to buy some from the currency exchange.
I am afraid crystalline aura is available at store only. I wanted to ask that if you haven’t already purchased new aura, can you please check your pet inventory and see Move All option?
Please try this option and let me know. Kindly make sure to clear out inventory before using this option, for items in pet inventory to be moved to your inventory.
