Hyper Express event problems

hello I have been trying to get the hyper express event but it says no event quest available for this character can you tell me why

You need to have a character with item levels between 1302 and 1370 and you need to click the gift icon under minimap it’s not a quest.

i am 1302 but i cant click the icon for some reason

Did you by chance take it on a different character or already complete it? Does it say any character name and % completed when you mouse over the gift icon?

Hope you are doing well!

I’m so sorry for the issue you are having with the Hyper Express Event.

Can you please tell me your character name that have the Item level 1302 and the server you are playing to verify if the Hyper Express event is already active with that character or if is active with another character?

Also try to verify the integrity of the game files to confirm if there any corrupted file that is causing that you can’t select the character for the event. Here

I have review you account and there is nothing wrong with it.

So if you have done the steps the check the integrity of the games files and since you character are 1302 or more the start with the Hyper express event and the issue still persist. Please contact our live support channel in order to create a ticket the the Devs team and they can investigate the issue and how to solve it.

Hi, i did not use the Hyper express on any character. when i looged in 20 mins. its says that im currently on that quest. i logged in to all my charcater to make sure i did not use it. its no there on any on my character.
