Hello! I am unable to access the Hyper Express mission on my main character.

I’m sorry to hear about this issue with your Hyper Express, thank you for sharing the steps you have done so far. 
I wanted to know if you have selected a character already or is this the first time you are using this event?

Finally if you enter the game with the character and select the gift Icon under the minimap are you able to select a character to participate on the event?
If possible to share a screenshot of that panel it would be awesome!

@Elt this issue seems to be something really specific which we don’t have troubleshooting steps and requesting an escalation with our developers is the best option.
