Just asking to make sure, will the Hyper Express be able to transfer from characters?
Let’s say I have a 1370 character. Can I make a new character with the Punika Powerpas, use the Hyper Express to 1302 to 1370 on him and then transfer the Express to my old 1370 character to boost him to 1445?

While it is possible to swap the designated character for the Hyper Express event in case you select the wrong character by accident, this will not be possible after receiving the honing buff effect, meaning that only 1 character can get the honing benefits from the Hyper Express.

Concerned about the character swap possibllity.
What, where, and how are the honing buff effects for the hyper express event? There are many ‘honing buff effects’ to be had. Is it any effect (or just hyper event effects) used before 1415 that deny a character swap or only those used after 1415?
I swaped my hyper express character at 1415. Used the Powerpass on the reaper, went up to ilvl 1415 (15 on every item) and swaped to a character with ilvl 1414 and continued.
As soon as you typ to go past 16 on your gear you won’t be able to swap anymore.
