I accidentally pick the same mount ( white Cerberus) that I have already, and now I cannot do anything with it and it is stuck in my Gunlancer Inventory, couldn’t redeem it. Can you change the colour of the Cerberus in my Gunlancer inventory? thankyou

I’m really sorry to hear what happened with your mount. In this case, we cannot change the color of your mount.

You can try to contact AGS costumer service to see if they can escalate this to help you but I cannot promise you anything.
