I accidently used my Gold Founder’s Pack on the Server i thought i was on with my Friends aka Zinnervale i thought i clicked the server to Sceptrum but for some reason i started playing and redeemed my pack ingame and now i learned my friends is on the other server Sceptrum and now i feel like i just lost money. Yes im an idiot for not checking and added them to friend etc but, it happens. So i was wondering is there anyway i can get a new pack i can redeem on the right server?
if you redeemed it before 14/2 you are eligible to a second pack.
And thats about it, maybe you can call support and get some help, but i doubt.
