Only right now it doesnt cost 400k to get there since everything crashed. It is cheap to get to 1400 now

More like a push over
This is my issue. I got my main at 1360, and 5 alts (2 in t2, 3 in t1). 2 issues, i still only get 1 or 2 hone attempts (read: failures) on my main a day and most importantly I’ve run out of gold just by honing, and i see no way to grind it. Like i love grind, give it to me lol… but there isn’t any way to grind my way up financially. Its just a wall, either pay (with a horrible ratio of cash to gold… like insane… i’ve swiped a bit already and asides from skins everything is a horrible horrible deal… like you get no value for your money so you don’t even feel good for spending) or sit and twiddle my thumbs until the week reset… This isn’t fun, and i been loving the game… but there isn’t much of a game at 1360. I’ve taken 5 characters thru rohendel, 3 through yorn, 2 through feiton… i’m getting bored out of my mind.

People were upset about argos being released early and now they postponed more content, but I want it faster because it’s not until legion raids that we actually have fun endgame stuff to do. There is no reason to postpone it except make crybabies feel better about not getting pressured to swipe. If I have content to look forward to I’ll have more reason to play the game, but right now I have no idea when we get content, I guess the roadmap will help settle a lot of these percieved issues we have right now.
I agree that the legion raids need to come asap, I want them quickly. In the mean time I’d like to see the devs make enough changes that will make it so legion raids land in a community that welcomes them. Imo argos timing was fine, 1340/1370 deadzone content should have come first though. However the dominant mentality seems to be “I want to do it on release”, even if you’re not pushing very hard for it. I’m not sure how they can balance having long term goals/milestones against that mentality, but I hope they find a way.
I hard stopped there and working on getting all my alts to 1325. There is no way I am going to piss mats down the crapper knowing that they will soon buff the honing rates to 1370. Unfortunately, by the time they do that, most of the playerbase will have moved on, or just watch Asmongold verbally demolish this game on twitch.
I am currently on 9 alts in T2, 3 in T3. Feiton can suck the fattest part of my rear end. I pay for every support, because screw soloing as support through that. I am not sure my sharpshooter will make it to Feiton, cause honestly he is garbino and I am out of knowledge transfers. All but him are 960+ and I have done every zone that was required when knowledge transfer was down.

no skins are getting censored but thats not how it works. your not getting 3 years of skins instantly they release them for events and throw you a bone once and a while, they do it this way because if they flooded the market with skins f2p players wouldn’t have enough gold to get the skins they want and it would pseudo cause people to swipe which is not what they want.
again though only the promotional art was censored because they cant show bra and panties skins on a billboard your drinking the koolaid if you think any other skin is going to be censored when gold river himself said no they aren’t.

to be fair they aren’t after the whales anymore, whales are gonna whales.
They are after the dolphins, or the gold fish. The ones who never opened the wallet yet. FOMO about being left behind the guild they are with or whatever getting them to shell out a couple hundred to bypass the current 1340 paywall that most (someone will jump all over the I’m 2795 and never paid!) players will get stuck at without investing a great deal of grinding over the next month or smack the game with the wallet.
If AGS/SG wanted the content drought to be over it would be over. There is no development required, the content exists it’s just not in our version of the game.
The events are just a little welfare handout you get every thrursday for being a good boy. After cashing in all my ships, bloodstones, event tokens and chaos/guardian I went from 1351 to 1357. I’m sure this Thursday i’ll even break 1360. Yay.
None of this is unintentional.
They aren’t sitting watching the forums for player feedback. They are sitting watching the data points for player spending. So long as the profit margins are still up they will continue to drag this out. Once they reach a point where the people spending are pretty much run dry you will see an apology thread, a roadmap and some 1340-1369 content pushed out.

I can’t believe I’m actually reading something constructive and something that’s not rude or selfish.
Other than that I agree. I stopped honing at 1340 because it just keeps failing and I can’t be bothered losing all my materials every time I do it. Plus in almost 500 hours I only have around 12k gold so can’t exactly go wild with that.

Im a full F2P, not platinum, or founders pack, nothing!
My main its a 1400 paladin that i hate playing (its feels so unrewarding to play support i always play healers and supports but in this game its like mehhhhhhhhhh, i have literally all the mats to rush my LM to t3)
1400 as a f2p its possible? yes it is, but you will have to spend SO MUCH TIME, i have 5 alts at t3 (yes 5 and my main) it takes me 3 hours and a half to complete 12 chaos dungeons + 10 guardians raids 2 night fox yoho + 2 igrexion + 6 scorpions(for some reason night fox yoho its faster than the scorpion).
Maybe you are thinking why would you do that, its not a race, but this kind of games are an adiction for me if i dont tryhard it i rather not play it (i guess many others have this mentality i hope im not the only one)
If i regret expending like 42x hours in the game i would say yes but i wanted to get into the endgame quick so i can play less later (silly me).
But dont get me wrong, im an adult, i have a full time job but i have spent all my free time playing lost ark in the last mounth and a half.
So in conclusion, its possible yes, but i feel like i hate the game more and more everything. Its a real second job if you want to raid argos p3.
Every other region only released content up to Shushire, we got all the way to T3 + other shit.
But then we got the crybabies in NA that demand/expect more even though we were pretty spoiled.
Yet it is never enough because the honing rates got hard, that they hit a plateau so they come to Forums and make a post to cry about their “suffering” in game. Because these people actually SUFFER from honing in a videogame that they demand free hand outs. If you’re suffering because of a videogame, the problem isn’t the game, the problem is you. Get over yourself.
I’m saying this from experience reading about all the crybabies having to endure the the deadzone and threatening to quit in their post. It’s quite funny lol

In about a month things should start kicking, and theres nothing to push now atm so penny pinch and save up.
you trully believe theres no pay wall 1370+? it will hit you way harder then 1340 if thus level of play is bothering you i would just quit because you won’t handle the honning past that.
Every other region hated that T1/T2 content and the game wasn’t doing so hot until abyss raids were added.
Several different Korean streamers and players have commented that the version they gave us is lacking too much content and they don’t understand why it was released like this. The Korean vets have said they are repeating the same mistakes they made in other regions.
What would you tell people that have played the game for several years in other regions that feel our current version is leaving too much stuff out?
Ok you just agreed that every other region only had T1/T2 content and they hated it. We have all the way up to T3 + more content. Do you not see the point here? That we got more than we’re supposed to? That we were already spoiled??
KR vets? Sure I can talk about KR/RU vets too. Maybe your KR vet is one of them crybabies, because the KR/RU vets I know are completely happy with the NA release up to T3.
The other version have been out for years, allowing them time to release the content and the casual players to catch up. It needs to be like this so we go through the content as planned. What are you expecting? All the Legion Raids and 100% of everything from the KR version already? Sounds a bit entitled.
I was expecting them not to move 1355 guardian raids and hard modes to 1370 to make the deadzone even more bare. Killing igrexion for 3 weeks straight hasn’t been that fun.
The deadzone was a well known issue in other regions and our release made it even worse by moving content from 1355 to 1370 and providing less sources of mats. I’m not really sure how you defend that move. And then they release argos on one days notice when 99% of players couldn’t even access it. Both moves make sense if the company wanted to milk the whales fomo.
Slow rolling valtan for another 3 months while the other players catch up is not going to be good for the game.
Ok I guess I shouldn’t have used “KR vet”. I’ve seen several different hardcore Korean lost ark streamers that have pointed out the issues I did above and how bad they are for our version of the game.
IMO release the honing buffs that KR got asap and then valtan one or two weeks later is the way to go. Let’s people catch up and provides new content for the hardcore people already at endgame. Do you see any negatives?
Im in the same boat. I joined a guild to experience endgame raids with some new folks Ive met along the way. A few ppl decided to pug instead of seeing if anyone wanted to run argos. meh.
I don’t like scrapper as a main, and my main isnt here yet. I don’t want to invest much more into scrapper, but Im at argos so I might as well. I don’t know. Kind of becoming frustrated with the direction and burning out a bit. Not sure what I want to do.

If you didn’t know, after Igrixion, you’re just going to be kill Night Fox Yoho for a few weeks also after you hit 1370. So what’s the difference? The game slowed down and it got hawrd because they intentionally wanted it to slow down before Argos? But because they released Argos a little early, you have an excuse to ASSUME that 99% of the player base couldn’t run Argos? They could’ve released Argos at launch as well and it would’ve been the exact same thing. You’re still going to be locked out by ilvl that YOU’RE NOT AT YET. You’re still under the impression like somebody has a fucking gun to your head forcing you to pay or something. When that’s not even the case, you literally don’t have to pay anything, and you literally don’t have to play this game at all.
I guess you lack the brain power to realize that if they released everything quickly the way your ass wants it, no casual players will ever hit the required ilvl to run any content and then you’re going to cry EVEN MORE. They need to release content slowly for normal SANE people who play the game casually to progress. Being entitled and wanting something NOW just because you want it without even realizing the consequences is just sad.
Shows exactly the type of person you are who is incapable to form their own opinion because you’re too caught up on what your streamer thinks lol. I don’t know how to get this through your thick skull, but the honing rates increase b4 Valtan really isn’t going to do much. Because later down the road once you get your Artifact and Relic gear, the chances of honing takes a dive again and you’re literally at the 1-5% honing chance. This is the damn core game design that’s not going to change. If people like you are already complaining and can’t handle 10-30% at the 1340-1370 deadzone, you’re not going to handle it later. So might as well quit now before we have more forum posts later on demanding to be babied.
