I am from EU will i be able play in US east its where my guild is … can someone help me in thes question ?
Yes. You will be able to play on any region within the western version of the game.

and no need for VPN right ? because i saw one topic , that VPN will be ilegal
No, as long as you are in a country that is included you should not need VPN for other regions. However your ping may be high if you play from EU.

Unless you plan to be top notch PVP-er, higher ping doesn’t seem to be a big problem in Lost Ark. Obviously it’s better to have lower ping, but a lot of people already play from NA on Russian servers just fine.

just dont want to have delayed dmg or tics and bieng on the right area and still hits me
mmo’s dont demand as much ping as say a fps or fighting game would. you could probably get away with it.

If you want 99% English servers/players, then US East is where most Europeans should play.
