I am the Friend from a post made few days ago who got his account banned

My account was banned for commerce lock, which was initiated by Steam. I contacted steam support and cleared my account. Funnily, steam kept in contact with actual live supports, unlike AGS. Ive gotten nothing but automated messages. rinse and repeating the same messages. Ive provided all the proof that my steam account was flagged mistakenly, and in timely manner, steam was able to restore my account back to normal. So I contacted AGS as soon as my steam account was cleared and they insist that the ban they issued was correct. I dont do RMTing or Bussing. Spent over a thousand hour or so building my roster and leveling my alts, as well as my mains (Switched few times since I started playing). Unjustly banned accounts cant even post on the forum to get attention, the replies from AGS is just the most inhumane thing ive read. I went through all the process to make this account, just so I can voice my issue.

Just before this post, they sent me an email saying it was due to commerce lock. I looked it up online, and this is what it says:

I’ve been doing exactly what they have suggested in the picture. Ive been attaching proof of clearance from steam.

I know the mods in this forum cant do anything about it, but im posting it anyways to get some attention. Im not giving up without a fight.

I wish someone with too much time and money would sue them over this system. Just to depose them, bring them through the process and see the attorneys faces when they realize how effed they are and that the entire system is the worst, most broken thing possible.

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

In this case the best option will be to reach live chat and not through emails since there’s different teams the ones that handle those channels and the one I reached was specifically live chat, since only them can create the kind of ticket that you need to have this reviewed.
