You can just close your chat window. I would add however, if your block list is full from blocking real players, it might be time to take a look in the mirror a bit.

i find it hard to believe everyone is hurling slurs at you in whispers.
or is it that being too toxic is telling you not to die on reclears and similar?

Yeah i wasnt expecting better from players here, but just to explain you with few examples and maybe you will understand (or maybe not xd)
- Im that guy that says nothing more than raids setup (like TS / Wei frog for Vykas)
But for example, i’ve had a Vykas HM run few weeks ago, on my 1550 GS and full of others 1500+
So we all know mechs and high DPS ect, that’s not prob
But people all want to DPS at it’s best so at G2 when she turns and we have to dodge patterns or we get stacks and give a purple shotgun (dont know the name) they were all not dodging so we had purple shotgun everywhere, stunning everyone and then we couldnt pass the Black orb eat after
I dont mind to retry many times, i love raids, i love my chars.
So they were all crying and blaming everyone, for their own mistakes ect
I literraly said nothing because it was totally impossible to talk with them because they were yelling to each others
So they left and it has been a jail for stupidity + full toxic
→ I dont want to get those in my next teams, or even saw messages from them
- I’ve just started a Kunge runs on a support (with matchmaking, cant find any groups quickly as support xd) , there was a new player ( 70 roster) he did not know when to use Phero, i told him i’ll ping when to use, he was P2
When it was the time, there’s the storm with volcano safe spot, he did not know this mech either so he died and he did not have the time to P2
2 others players went mads as fuck and injured him… like wtf ?
At the end i was writing him to go safe spot volcano things but he already left (because tilted of 2 otthers i guess)

- I’m tired of vote quit after 1 try, i’m not the one failing but i dont mind retry again and again, everyone may do mistakes at anytime (and i said, i love raids and my chars)
same thing with those fucking " last try for me " specially when its the one saying that that fails the more
I’ve got many others examples, but i’m sure all you gonna say is " You are the one failing it’s your fault " ’ Look at you " ect ect ^^
I’d say about 50% of my blocklist consist of people that I met in Kung mm. Lmao
There’s just something about that guardian that brings out the worst in people.
Blocking people doesn’t prevent you from grouping up with them in the future, whether it pf or mm. It only mutes them in chat. Unless you manually verify if the guy is in your block list ofc, but who would waste time on that…
Also, great idea muting entire chat (you can just minimize the chat window if it bothers you so much btw)… Especially when you seem to be pugging raids, which means you actually need chat to communicate… How about growing a thicker skin and learning to ignore idiots being idiots? People like you are why we have mandatory chat filter in this 18+ video game… It’s pathetic.

funny story i realized after the player wanted to leav and i have no clue at the momment why.
Vykas G2 normaly u write almost people start saying after G1 kill. " 11-1 / 7-2 etc", i normaly says 11-1.
So G2 proced we walk to the circle. And for some reason the Support was raging and i have no clue why since people are arguing. And i was soo clueless. Then the support wanted to get out. I assume. And we needed to forfeit. After reentry. I asked the duded what happend.
The Bard sayd 11-1 first and u wanted 11-1 so bad. After that i realized oh i gues this is a dude i blocked in the past. XD
I block people only under 1 condition " toxic/harrasing behavor or back in the days bots that whispered you to buy gold".
So that was your fault then for the raid ending. I wouldn’t give up a spot either if I had already called it out first. Most people wouldn’t.
Well since i muted this guy in the past and dont remmembered on that momment. I was just confusing.
For me i dont care. Since the people sayd the bard was toxic in g1 anyways. So karma strikes back. And its a funny story now. 
Ahh so you are one of those people who gets offended on behalf of others.
Well thats the nature of the beast with randoms. If you dont like seeing that your best bet is to find guild or static. I mean good luck doing any raid which requires any kind of communication if you have everyone blocked or chat closed.

I wish this game had voice chat in raids on by default. It would solve many prolems.
Mine is full of blocked gold sellers… Now im screwed when I want to block a toxic guy… Any way to clear that list? As all those block should be banned accounts anyways at this point
Minimize the chat.
Settings also has an option to disable chat bubbles above NPC and Player heads.
You have to manually go through your block list and unblock people one by one. It’s a pain.
Banned and deleted characters should automatically get removed, in my opinion
I don’t think I’ve blocked a single person in game that wasn’t a bot to date.
What is it you are doing that is bringing out the bad in everyone you interact with?
