I can´t play. Queue problem

Hello,

I am here posting because It is impossible play and use the early-access. The reason: After few minutes in the queue, the position number of queue gets stuck. When I cancel the queue, appears this mesage:

Canot connect to the server. Exiting the game …
I am running a windows 10 update, I have got the drivers update and I did :

Nothing worked, the issue is still persist.

You can all be sure we are aware of all these errors and we are working right now to solve this as soon as possible.

On the meantime, have you already tried to quit the game and launch it again? Exiting Steam may be necessary as well.
Also, if you haven’t, may be helpful to follow the instruction to turn off IPv6:

-From the Start/Windows Menu, select settings.
-Select Network and Internet.
-In the Status section, under change your network settings, select "Change adapter options.
-When the Network Connections window opens, right click your network connection.
-Select properties.
-Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
-Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TPC/IPv6) box.
-Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
-Try launching the game again.

As we will need some personal information from your account. Be sure to have your game logs ready just in case they ask for them.

This error hhappened to me to - twice.
Each time after spending 6-8 hours in queue for Zinnervale.

Just recently i was stuck att 6884 - I stayed in queue for an additional 1.5 hours just to make sure. When i finally clicked to leave que - that error message was waiting for me behind the que popup

I am now at 19249 and i have been in queue since 14.30 today.
Yester day it happened at around spot no. 4000.

I have bought Silver, Gold and Platinum supporter packs that I have opened on zinnervale - so I cant change. without wasting 180 euros.

PLEASE! If you are making us queue for 6-8 hours to play the game. Please at least have queues that dont decide to just quit and put you back in last place.

Note:

  • Game has all permissions in firewall
  • I have a top of the line PC
  • I have 1000 Gbps fiber connection
  • dont have ipv6
  • Exiting Steam does nothing.

Any news on when this will be fixed?

I don’t see how that helps solve the 20k player - 8 hour queue on Zinner.

What is the status on fixing the 8 hour queues? :slight_smile:

Edit: If you take quick look at this post Boost Zinnervale - there’s literally 100s of posts, and no response. The community is in a state of uproar - and it literally feels like we are being stonewalled. Would really appreciate some active communication :pray:

any update on this? @Eulah It has been 11 Days now, and the problem occurs even more frequently now.

Would appreciate an update on this.

Just today this issue has caused me to DC twice today. Resulting in 10hrs in queue and right now Im at number 10 556 in line for Zinnervale.
