pls you can help me with trusted status i have trusted in steam acount and i can’t have trade with someone inside the game

I’m sorry to hear that you are not being able to trade in Lost Ark. First thing, I would like ask you if you are able or not to do any of these actions beside the trading:
- Sending in-game gifts
- Exchanging Royal Crystals for Gold
- Sending in-game mail with attachments
In case that you are unable to do the above, that means the Steam Account is still not trusted.
In order to make your account trusted you will need to have performed a purchase(s) for at least $5, where sometimes Steam will require a period of 30 days to have passed from the date of the purchase.
You will also need to set up the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator specifically for this status update to take place.
Please let me know if this helps or not so I could help you find the root of this issue!
so I have the steam guard mobile and i have trusted status from steam, and i can’t send e-mail or trade inside the game. its the only thing i need, if you can help me with this i will be really happy.
