It is not possible to create any characters in South America, not even on “Good” servers.

Every time a different problem. Just wanted to know when they’ll add more servers or just let us in.

Even worse, in the server status website it reads that its possible to create characters in every server of the SA region. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t even know about this situation.
