its nearly impossible to play more Alts over 1445+
On EUW there are simply no “good” Items to get 5/3 or even 4/3. The Market just sells trash Equip.
Lets say you want to start a Scouter, a Deathblade, a Arcana or even any other New Class. There is a point where you need to get or buy Relic Gear. At this Point your Character is hardstuck, cause there are almost no Items. The droprate is horrible, and the Auction House is almost empty.
Lets say i can equip my 1370 Alt with 3/3 or even 4/3 Engravings, whats next?

try to get 5/3
try to avoid low quality
Lets see, what do i have to spend to get my Class Engraving to 12 ? Oh just 150-200k Gold?
Can i even buy 5/3 or 4/3 Relic gear ? i need atleast one good Item for EUC prices, 50-100k Gold, then maybe i can get 5/3. I cant spend 200k Gold on 12/12 books? well, then i need to play 12/9, still possible to get 5/3, if there would be any Items.
you cant even get low quality items, cause they are simply not available.
Nobody will equip Alts with just 3 Engravings after 1415 if they have to spend Millions of Gold
You really need to fix the droprates or help the players to get new gear.
Its a joke that there are 2 Items sold in the last 2 Weeks, that are acutally good.
This Problem has almost every class, waiting Weeks to see maybe on good Item for 60k - 150k gold.
I don’t think anyone has a solution for this issue.
Personally this is my solution for me:
My 1490,1477,1465,1460 are all staying 4x3 until next year. just gonna keep doing what i do every week, valtan, vykas, boss rush and sell gems (clown and brel thats a next year issue) to accumulate gold. so far i’m sitting on 445k gold and 7500 unas tokens
4x3 is more then enough up to 1460, thats enough gold for alts currently, get good 4x3 and at least lvl 5 gem set and you’re alright. legendary accs are not cheap but plenty enough to get your invest back
I did the same what is your class engraving acc? i couldnt buy a relic acc with class engraving, EUC all relic acc only spec with class+5 with random +3 engraving start at 40k gold so i just buyd one with crit xD. and stil got my raids done. now im try to snipe sometimes
4x3 is fine. If you really want a 5x3, it would be enough to search the market twice a day. You can compromise and have low quality on the ring (very little is lost) and a necklace with low quality, but as high as possible the statistics that you need.
you can go 5x3 with at least one legendary books easily on EUW. You say there is no items when in reality i am selling all possible mix items for half of the classess and no one buy them. Ofc if you chase high quality they are few and very expensive. About Arcana what you miss at the AH, when she use lvl 1 class engraving.
5x3 isn’t required and DEF not required on an alt thats being parked below 1490. Do note that MOST alts are NOT going past 1460 even in KR. If I’m not mistaken 1445 is the most common spot since you get access to the relic sets. 4x3 is simple to gear and more so with relic gear.
