I cant see any servers

I can’t see any servers. Trying to see the NA West servers, I am in California. I have no VPN, I have checked firewall, verified files, reinstalled anticheat etc.

I’m sorry the list of servers is not loading up and thanks for sharing the steps you have taken so far.

Could you please follow this steps Troubleshooting Lag and Connectivity Issues - Support | Amazon Games.

Also, try Toggling IPv6:

1)From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
2)Select Network and Internet.
3)In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
4)When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
5)Select Properties.6. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
6)Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
7)Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
8)Try launching the game again. A PC restart may be necessary.

Tried it all still not working. Thank you so much for the steps though! I emailed amazon games and they sent a ticket in for me so hopefully, they can figure it out. Again thank you!

@keylless Did they come back to you or solve the issue? As I am having the exact same issue as you. I also tried, what Nokk suggested but still did not work.

The server is down right now Ghost.

Today the servers arent down and I have this issue in my laptop.

Game crashed during questing.
Got the error, and i bet i lost the grace period for reconect aswell.

In this case, we need to escalate each case to our developers and have visibility of this issue. To proceed please contact us through live channels.

Be ready with character name, server name and Dxdiag report.

To pull dxdiag logs please:

1-Press Windows Key + R and type: dxdiag and hit ‘Enter’ key
2-Click “Save All Information”
3-Select the file location and save it

the thing is tickets have no upload featur

I ended up getting exitlag and that fixed it for me. And I dont believe anyone has reached out about my ticket yet.

they reach me after 10 minutes im currently replying to their email also sending this thread to them.

I can’t connect to any server after today’s patch, it says “cannot connect to the server”. The internet works just fine.
