Dear Gm,

i created character on a low pop server but i didnt get my 2nd founders pack

im getting 25k ques every time i log in and its not playable for me

PS i play on steam

my old server is kadan and i switched to mokoko

platinum founders pack

sadly its the same for everyone, 6 hour wait to play in almost every single EU server after 1pm

do we have to wait 6 hours more they said 8:00 UTC they will redeem it right ?

No they just said that it will be available soon they never said when.

Players have let us know one of the reasons they are reluctant to switch to lower population servers is because many of them have already redeemed their Founder’s Packs on another server. To help combat this and make exploring new servers a more reasonable choice, we will be granting ALL Founder’s Pack purchasers that redeem their pack by 12 PM PT (8 PM UTC) on Monday, February 14th with an extra set of the exclusive items from the Founder’s Pack they redeemed (e.g., the Founder’s Exclusive Pet and Founder’s Title from the Bronze pack; see full list below) as well as some additional Royal Crystals for Silver, Gold, and Platinum Pack purchasers. These items will not be tradeable, and will be delivered to a player’s Product Inventory so they can be claimed on a new server. Your original Founder’s Pack will not be affected by this, and will remain on the initial server where you redeemed it (or in your Product Inventory, if you have not yet redeemed it).

Yes, it does not say that we will get another pack by the 14th feb, it only says that you have to have redeemed your first founders pack by that time.

TBH wasting 80 hours of gameplay + 30 euros + my friends just cause they can t handle queues? yeah i blame them and won’t accept this shit XD i won’t delete 80 hour of grinding for a horse and a skin. THEY DONT EVEN GIVE US A LV 50 BOOST IF U HAVE A CHARACTER. Would be fine if they give me a free boost to 460, considering i’m almost IL 600 now

Consider that the new region won’t appear before AT LEAST a week. my 80 hours can easily become 140+ kekw

PEOPLE LITERALLY DONT CARE ABOUT A FUCKIN 5 EURO CONTENT SKIN/MOUNT. TIME HAS MORE VALUE. 80 HOURS OF WORK ARE WORTH AT LEAST 700 EUROS IN ITALY
