Can i get my aura of resonance please? Just dc’ed 1x time and it sent me to servers page and then i logged in to my character and dc’ed again and game closed.

I’m so sorry for the issue you had with DC 2 times in Chaos Dungeon.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant the aura of resonance manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please remember:
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
