people need to learn to not skill transfer if they didnt lock their gear, either lock your fresh gear and gear transfer when you can or b extra careful

Are you kidding ? You just said on 1st ticket that they cannot do anything for you and after that on second ticket miracle happens, now they can atleast investigate it, someone in support really doesnt like his job. This is why majority of people hate amazon support, wish it would be like in blizzard. Just sad…
