Made a similar mistake and got the celebration package on EUW instead of EUC…

Same for me.
EU Mid was too crowded to play, so I went to EU West to test some classes. I got a gift and thought it is the special West only gift. Little did I know it was the celebration-mount-and-cool-stuff-chest. I didn’t open it but funny enough, after two hours of play, the chest simply dissapeared out of the inventory.
I went to EU Mid (Asta) to check if i received the gift as well, but the server was so crowded that there wasn’t any chance to look at the received tab (it bugged out). I want to continue at Asta, where my main is, but it is very sad to find out that the celebration-chest is gone for me.

Same here moved to Europe west can’t move my twitch drops, I moved, lost progress, lost some founders perks, lost a day from the head start. They say they can’t but thats BS, they won’t. They could delete items from one server and make the drops available again on the new.
Think I’ll go back and contribute towards the queues in Europe central…

Up! You ask us to move to EUW to unload EUC, then sneakily remove the rewards you offered us to make us move (bye bye cristalline aura and purple gems) and then lock all the gifts on ONE server so whatever choice we made we’re cucked.

Same aura works in both regions
Locked gifts are one per account not 1 per every character you create, if you truly wanted to start playing in EUW, it should not be a problem to claim gifts in there
But enjoy your 6h queues 
In the rewards for switching to EUC, there used to be both a 14 days Aura and 500 Blue shards. They removed both of those rewards yesterday, because profits…
What I’m unsatisfied with is the bait and switch, the fact you can’t get the twitch rewards on EUC if you got them on EUW, and if you switched to EUC for the new rewards and opened the horsie pack there and then see how they’ll treat EUC, you can’t go back to EUW with your horse.
Most people like me did it by mistake. I didn’t even opened the box with items in it when I started playing EUW server. I had no intention to use those items since I am gone to completely new server with no queue times… The way they did is just absurd that they made it one claim on steam account no matter the server. What’s the point in doing so if you can not transfer those items to other servers anyway. They should have made gift on every Server to be claimed once…

I’m simply going to respond to this thread because i feel concerned by this.
You said you couldn’t do anything for the queue and matchmaking. Only solution was to migrate to another server.
Restarting everything from 0.
I have now played the game more than 150hours before you guys announced that you couldn’t do anything to fix issues.
At this very moment, it is still unplayable on central europe.
I’ve claimed my second founder pack by mistake and now stucked in the process of migration.
Rewards are accound wide, but once it is claimed it is region locked.
@Ulver. I believe , regarding the amount of people concerned by this, support doesnt want to do anything about it.
I have no reason to play on europe central because it is not playable for lambda players like me, and have nothing on europe west even tho i invested euros into your game.
I couldnt care less if my character on central europe was deleted and the pack claimable on western europe.
You’re asking players to sacrifice investment of time and money because nothing is fixable.
You’re simply inviting players to quit the game .
I wont be surprised if all of this doesnt get any answer.
My faith in support is so low now; what is the point…
We won’t get any consideration, nor updates regarding this issue.

No one wanted really wanted to play in EUW, it was the only choice if they wanted to play, and ppl had already claimed gifts, your comment is a troll or not useful if it’s not an issue that affected you.

2nd founder packs and celebration packs were sent out after EUW opened, with in-game warning message in that they can be claimed only once so choose your prefered server carefully before opening them
If someone chose to stay in EUC after that and claimed those rewards hoping that everyone else will move and queues will be better, that’s on them
I was also one of those who had to start over in new region. Would have preferred not to, but that’s how it goes. I was also promised a 3-day head start and instead I got to start 9 days later in a new region and now a week later, I only regret not having twitch drops, which I hope will be available for EUW too.
A week go by, people post on forum how they have 100h gametime and 300 mokoko seeds, another week goes by and they post they have 200h gametime and 600 mokoko seeds. It’s nice to update others on their progress but starting in a new region is going to be harder, the longer you delay it.
I chose not to delay it, claimed my new gifts on the region I chose to play in and find it funny how log-in reward hoppers claim the gift packs in wrong server or complain how some rewards like Aura gets removed from log-in rewards because all the EUC players chose to abuse region hopping.
Its not just about those rewards I have twitch drops that I can’t move over. There should be a way for them to move those. Some ppl would have made legit mistakes. Others have lost the progress they made, including the so called 3 days head start which they would not get from a second founders pack, which is down to a poorly planned launch not the players.
Also reward hoppers ? they bought those or earned those and should be able to have them on the server they call home, delete them from the old servers …
Your judging and generalising everyone, the aura hoppers is another issue altogether, and I’m sure they can see who those ppl are , without having to punish everyone else.
Good for you you swapped early, so did I, not everyone will have been willing to give up their progress , maybe they hoped others would move first removing the queues , which hasn’t happened, does not mean they should be penalised…

Yes and we know it is possible to make it accound wide.
They just did it with log in rewards. I recieved the bonus from central to western europe.
So they can easily make the same adjustment for founder packs…
Just storm steam with bad reviews.
Probably then they will help us.

They can do it with Twitch Drops, then they can do it with Founders packs too! People have paid a shitton of money for these packs!
Send out founders packs on EUW with only skins/pet/mount/title without anything else in it and make them bound so it‘s just for personal use.
So many players that got screwed simply by faulty/laggy inventory or unplayable servers! Got baited to play on a different region to fix YOUR FAILING to prepare properly and got screwed over even more by getting stripped of everything in new region! Absolute anti consumer! Never seen something like this before!

It’s time to send out the skins/pet/mount/wallpaper again for EU West - you made it happen with twitch drops that people that got them on EU Central are getting them again in EU West - you can do it with the founders packs aswell.
Many of us claimed on EU Central before switching over, me and my friends are heartbroken every day because we paid 100€ for nothing in the end. Please make this possible!!!
