At this moment we don’t have information about a bug on this area, so I can’t confirm if it’s your game of it’s an issue in general, I do recommend you to post about on our bugs section of the forum to give visibility about the issue and check if other players are experiencing this, if you are the only one I recommend you to contact live support to have this escalated.
