You are absolutely right man, I mean that’s the point of paying for a founders pack, so you are spending the money, the company is getting your money and then you are getting your time(which you already payed for) cut short, you have a right to be pissed, I don’t understand all this people defending amazon, when they are the ones the fked up this release.
Imaging paying for a pizza and receiving 3/4 of it, then you go complain “where is the rest of my pizza?” and having everyone else lose their shit and start calling you a cry baby or a Troll because you are asking for the rest of it. Fucking weird NPC’s.
I feel bad for Game Dev’s having to deal with such immature individuals all the time.
I bought the pack, It was worth it, I love the game, crap happens, they’re working on fixing issues, let them do their job. I pray to god the people I see making asinine posts are not on my server.
If you are on the Galatur server (like me), you got a bonus of 8 hours of downtime yesterday. Get out of here with your I need a refund for 5 hours lost crap.

50% of people who played these last 3 days were at least platinum pack, and the other 50% have more (plat+gold+silver+bronze), you are talking about a P2W game, wake up and dont throw shit to P2W players, you are the weird guy here.
No one is going to pay you for the miniscule amount of time you have missed out on playing a game. You don’t deserve any compensation lmao. Were you born with a silver spoon in your mouth? Do you think the world owes you something?
You didn’t pay $100 for 3 days early access. The $25 bronze pack gave the same perk. There was no guarantee made you would get exactly 72 hours, just that you would be able to start playing the game 3 days earlier than f2p players. There’s a reasonable expectation of server downtime for essential maintenance, and it is unlikely in the extreme that anyone would play for precisely 72 hours. If you slept at all during that time, you also lost play time, but no one expects to get a refund due to that either. In future it might be an idea to expect things like this before you pay and not take things quite so literally, so you aren’t so disappointed.

I laugh at people that paid $100 on a pack that the $15 one would be enough to come here and think they are the elite. Is your choice where you spend your money, I bought the Gold pack with no issue, I pay for f2p games if I think they are worth being bought.
Founder’s Pack in any moment gave any guarantee of a smooth release of the game, just promised head start and some useless items. And they delivered it.
