Hey,
I bought the silver founders pack and I did not receive the 1k crystals that were promised. I got all other items from the founders pack but the crystals are not in my inventory, also not in my product inventory and also not showing in the currency list.
What should I do? Today, about 12 hours after I redeemed the pack it still did not show up.
That was stupid… I checked the crystals that are more purpleish. I only got 10 from those. But in the shop I could now see the 1k crystals on the bottom… so all fine!
