hello, I created a char in a new EU west server and I claimed Saphia Pet Chest and LoLA Neugier Gold Moun I thought it was the welcome pack when these are my twitch drops and I lost them in my main character, please can I get them back on my main and delete the char that I created in tortoyk?
My main char is Lvl50 class berserker in Calvasus (central EU)
The new char is sorceress in Tortoyk (west EU)

I did exactly the same. Can we have the option to re-cliam the dropd on charters created on the new region

I unfortunately have to let you know that since the drops were claimed there is no way to transfer them to another character, as they are now locked to the character that claimed them.
I understand this is frustrating and not the news you were hoping to hear; I apologize for the inconvenience.
I have gone ahead and filed a feedback report for this, so that some way to correct accidents like these in the future is considered, but I can’t guarantee this means that something can or will indeed be implemented.

So i loss 8h of twitch in 1mites?, you have just to transfer the char that i created in tortoyk to calvasus
Why isn’t everything account bound instead of server bound?
Are you working on a solution to make everything account bound in the future?
Or do we have to buy everything from the cash shop multiple times if we ever decide to play on a different server? This makes chosing a server such a HUGE deal. I never had to worry about it in other games I played before.

Yeah, this is one reason why I don’t switch to the new EU West:
I will lose my Twitch drop items.
Best solution at this point since I haven’t opened my Twitch drop chests, I have them in my
storage chest. Thus if they could make a copy of what that character have in storage and transfer it to my new character on Eu West, then YES! I will gladly change server.
(posting comment here as I am too new to forum to be allowed to create posts AND it touches on Twitch drops heavily, which this post is about)
