On 11 of November I purchased the Gold founder pack, but yesterday when I was trying to create my main character I had an error on the redeem section in “product inventory” it’s said like “you need to have enough space”
Today I tried to get my founder pack but it doesn’t exist on my account, please help.
Excuse me for the late answer . I really want to know if this situation related to your founder’s pack got solved.
It seems that the pack was already claimed on february and the message that is shown on the first image is a regular message that gives you a warming when claiming any reward.
