Ao ativar o primeiro powerpass e colocar o personagem no nível 50 no servidor Kazeros, não recebi o segundo ticket de powerpass na minha caixa de correios.
Obs: Tenho personagens criados em dois servidores, Kazeros (Principal), Yorn (Parei de jogar depois que migrei para o Kazeros, aqui possuia um ticket de powerpass).

Para verificar se era um bug do jogo tentei utilizar o powerpass na minha conta do Yorn e ainda sim tambem não recebi o ticket la. Ou seja recebi somente 1 powerpass.

Preciso que me ajudem a conseguir meu segundo powerpass no servidor Kazeros.

Meu personagem principal: Papaaah
Personagem que desejo inserir o powerpass: Papah
Servidor Kazeros.

I get the first one, completed the recap to reach lvl 50 but nothing was sended to my email.

These are the steps:
Laura [02:53:37] : 1. create a new character on a new server, and access the game using it
Laura [02:53:37] : 2. go back to the character you want to use the Powerpass on
Laura [02:53:37] : 3. activate the Powerpass on the character you want to level up (do not activate it in the newly created character, as you’ll waste your Powerpass). You should be able to activate the Powerpass as expected.
