My guildies waited for me to reconnect but it took awhile and it says I got kicked out of the raid group.
I never got a re-entry ticket…any help would be much appreciated.

it can take up to 24 hours for it to show up I think

It happened to me before in Alaric’s Sanctuary but the re-entry ticket came as soon as I logged in…but i guess it’s different for valtan. Thank you!

I’m sincerely sorry you lost your entry due to being disconnected from the server, this is not the experience we want our players to have.
Within 48h you should get the entry ticket, If after the time passes you did not get the entry it means you were not eligible.

I haven’t the re-entry ticket so I assume I wasn’t eligible…but I’m curious as to why. My static group I was running with never finished the run. Wouldn’t this be an issue of the server/game’s side not mine? Since the information about it says “if the remaining members of the party or raid group give up, your entry count will not decrease.”
Now I’m unsure if you’re able to do anything about this at this point…so moving forward how do we prevent this? Does my static have to just stay in the dungeon until I reconnect?

Basically the system is bugged as hell, doesn’t give re-entry tickets most of the time, and the support staff never do anything helpful and will straight up lie to you to get you to stop asking questions about it.
Plenty of us still asking about tickets from ages ago.

Yeah…based on other posts that seems to be the case…but going forward I was just wondering if there’s a way to prevent it. Since I was able to communicate through phone data to my static. So if there was a “foolproof” way for this not to happen anymore, I’d like to know.
