I disconnected in Valtan HM, and got nothing at all

I was doing Valtan HM Gate 2 in a pug with one discord friend included in the pug and all of a sudden I have a crash from the game at about x45 healthbars, the client and steam was bugging out for me after the crash and when I finally reconnected to the game my friend let me know via discord that my character had been removed from the party due to inactivity, this is extremely concerning the concerning part isn’t that I got removed, it shouldn’t be a big deal right? I should be able to just queue up in another group and kill it again as my screenshot shows I am not saved from Gate 2 as I shouldn’t be, or if the game decides to take my entry ticket away then my rewards should at least be mailed to me right? SOMETHING ANYTHING?! no… nothing, nothing at all, just a big fat slap in the face, therefore I want my ticket back.

As you can see in the screenshot the game is trolling me even further, it tells me I haven’t cleared Gate 2 and when I try to enter a party for gate 2 it says my entry count is exceeded.

The second screnshot is me getting kicked from Gate 2, and I tried multiple times and it does not allow me to enter Gate 2, I am not looking for the obvious answers (you were dcd therefore the game still counts your ticket) I want my rewards or I want my entry ticket back. The game has an extremely poor way of dealing with these kinds of troubles, the automatic ticket system is flawed, and I want to be reimbursed manually.

You got screwed, deal with it and wait for next week to do the content.

I got myself locked out on gate 1 after game crashed. I didn’t get the rewards for gate 1 and I can’t progress to gate 2.

Amazon doesn’t give a shit, they will say deal with it basically.
Instead of trying to change the situation.

Happened to me last week.
The game thinks you abandoned the raid.
I even contacted AGS live chat about it.
They said if it not corrected automatically in 24 hours it won’t be at all basically saying unless the system picks it up as an error by itself then it’s my fault and tough luck.
Appandon all hope for we sir are screwed.

We highly appreciate patient on this issue, we know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability. As a few players may have already seen, in an effort to help improve these, less than ideal experiences, we have a system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance) when a game server crash or outage occurs during player participation.

As @Psychonaut had mention, the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects. Additionally, receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives. We hope this system helps improve players’ experiences with the game.

Same here 2 times and they never fix, I don’t know why they did not fix this critical issue.
