I was not able to get my gold rewards due to game freezes/hangs and crashed my game while doing a raid. While im disconnected, the raids was already finished. Can I have a gate 3 ticket for vykas hard mode?

Sorry to hear you were disconnected and lost your entry to the Vykas Legion Raid.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, we expect the delivery of the replacement ticket to take around 4 hours but could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

If they cleared and you were DC, you won’t get a ticket back. Had this happen to me a few times and never got a ticket. Sorry to hear this bud!

As my colleague was Fanduh this is granted by the automatic system for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
In case that you don’t receive the ticket back that means that the system detect that the disconnection was not from our end and can’t grand the ticket back.
