Well i know many casuals that don’t give a f about anything happening in the forums (my whole guild they are just having fun sharing LA memes lol) Even my best friend (who isn’t a casual he is at 1460 but he never played another LA version before) i told him about the whole 1 class every 2 months and how i was sad because that decision and he said “oh thats good to me, that way i will have time to test all the classes without stressing out and wasting a lot of money” so i notices every veteran (like me) are angry at the decision, and the casuals don’t really care too much.

Its funny how people still try to justify everything just because KR this KR that, but you realize back then Lost ark wasn’t really successful and most people wanted the successful version where it had many classes and legion raids.
If we are going to compare everything then why do we even have T3 content, didn’t Korea take longer to get it? or isn’t it simply because the game was a failure before T3 content?
Yeah stop comparing everything and just let people play the game how its supposed to be instead of drip feeding everything, nobody wants to play a butchered version of the game.

The success of LA started with S2 and then At Valtan started the player retention, it wasn’t really because of the classes, it was because the content.
That’s a fair take. It is reasonable for them to believe that classes releasing too fast could result in overwhelm current players. However that same situation will occur for new players later. And at the cost of players waiting for mains. It is like the changes made to our version like infinite chaos. Honestly they should have just permanently banned anyone that rmt including one’s for only 1 dollar. The game is free they will just make another account.
If AGS/SGR is so set on their class release cadence. Then shouldn’t they have put more effort in creating promotional graphics for skin showcases?
No… they used already existing graphics that have the classes we don’t have for skins that we’re going to get. Also there’s no guarantee that the skins we get in July will work for classes that are released later down the line (like destroyer and lance master weapon skins)

Exactly, even if they have Artist by now… we should always find a way too positively what happens here.
I mean, if others had to wait, we had to wait too, right? It’s just common sense and we do not want to hurt other regions feeling being faster, aren’t we? I like your empathy!
Mate, that’s totally right. It’s not like people could test all the classes already using VPN for other regions (cause that’s against the rules, so no one did that). I mean, if someone watched youtube video, or read about a class and decided to main it… it’s their fault doing that. No one should do researches about a game.

Yeah I think we can all agree that no matter your opinion on the class cadence, showcasing a new skin with unreleased (and worse, indefinite release date) classes presents a really bad image.

we have the issue that we aren’t going to get to experience these legion raids if we don’t actually have the class in the game, since summoner was already playable for us we’re sure that it’s the class we like so we don’t want to go and invest a ton of gold into a class we don’t enjoy.
if i’m still just sitting at 1460 on my alts with no main in the game once brelshaza gets released (or even akkan) just because they keep deciding to delay summoner and not provide any reason or anything it’s going to be pretty bs.
i don’t want to just be sitting around watching my friends play the game while i don’t get to.
imo you should release all classes before clown gets released so that players aren’t just sitting around waiting to play the game and likely just getting bored and leaving before actually getting to experience the game.

This makes 0 sense the moment you put T3 already in the game. And all the classes that came before that, should be in the game already, which they’re not. I find it a poor excuse. The classes are getting delayed on purpose, nobody buys the "good health of the game " , cause if you had more classes, more people would play. Also, we had lance master and destroyer back to back, everyone was happy with the accelerated class release, then on the previous map we have a statement about “Hey ,were hearing your feedback, and we will accelerate class releases. Here is lance master and destroyer next month” . NOBODY asked for classes to get delayed, and yet they got delayed. Everyone , even positive people are questioning the 2 months per class . Talk about giving the middle finger to people. Some friends of mine are not gonna play at all untill the class they want releases. And having everyone that knows they’ll play, will play it. Its not like magically peopel will just leave their current char cause something is new, rather that its the character they really wanna paly. I have deathblade 1415, the moment Reaper comes out, its gonna become another Lopang slave alt.
I don’t know what the hell AGS/Smielgate is doing. Oh wait, its about the $$$$$$$$$$$
Also the classes are not being created, programed or anything right now, THEY EXIST, they’re out in Korea, JP and RU (except for artist) . This is drip feeding on purpose. Like we have sorceress in the damn game, which is one of the LATEST classes that were released, but we cant have in the game all the previous ones? Really ?

The comparrison holds little to no value, why did they got released slowly? because they had to be invented, created, tested and then got send out.
Gold River said months ago Aeromancer is ready for shipping and it is still not being shipped for whatever reason.
We have to wait for classes which are ready to go already but not send because “muh longevity”. I have a question tho, how does AGS/SG know if you lose players based on your decisions? It seems that saying “we know who is a bot” would be a flatout lie since otherwise banning them with an automated system wouldnt be an issue.
So the answer to the question is you guys dont seemingly know that. Out of pure curiousity how can you judge such numbers then?
Do you guys bet on people who return later fomo’ing once their class of choice is released so they spend money? Is that what you guys called “business insight”? I hope I am wrong because I would hate to see the game i am waiting for since years to come to EU being destroyed by incompetence seasoned with corporate greed.
Also this wont account to much but thats the view of someone who played years of Lost ark and how he sees the probability of “getting players back”.

Im pretty sure most of the people on the forums wants classes at a faster peace (including myself) but i think we are talking with a wall right now, since they already told us that they don’t have any plan on changing the classes release cadence :x so arguing and insulting each other is not going to fix anything.

Not sure why people glorify their opinions to this degree.
You cannot complain about your main not being released because you cannot main a class that has not released.
You are simply asking for what you want and nothing more. At least be honest about it without turning to “predatory” and “p2w” mumbo jumbo.
Can’t deny the fact that what they did with Summoner and not releasing her as off schedule release for 4 months after screwing users over was just dirty and AGS deserves flack for that.
There are plenty of people who do not mind current release schedule and prefer it. Just because they do not flock to forum does not mean your opinion represent the majority.
Not sure how class release schedule affect long term health of the game. If anything, biggest problem with how AGS has been running the game thus far has been trying to please everyone and leaving no one happy as a result. Catch up being hard has mostly to do with the fact that due to the whiners, they are afraid to put in paid power passes and value packages on sale. It is like you guys are not happy with an inch or even a mile. Instead of meeting in the middle ground, you folks keep demanding demanding and find another thing to complain about everyday.
In any game you play, you end up using a lot of resources for raising a new class fast. Yes, a new class. It does not matter what you saw on someone elses stream or internet. It does not matter if you played the class on other regions that you played on illegimately via VPN. This is a new release here and classes that are not released yet are new classes.
AGS need to stop getting swayed so much by vocal minorities and instead focus on fundamental problems the game has that is actually eating away at the health of the game currently.
