Ok. The thing is quest are actually in ‘‘repeat mode’’ so we cant be sure to know if we did it or not.

By reading the topic it seems like they look like a visual bug only. On their server will register as completed even if on your client it shows at not.
You should do your best to get a general ideea / estimate of when the quests are completed
