if you can’t use the market, you don’t meet all the conditions. which is use steam mobile authenticator and a valid phone number, shop something on steam or lost ark shop at least us$5 equivalent, and wait 30 days from your last steam/lost akr shop purchase.

I have too many games over $5 on my Steam account. My steam guard is active and I’m using a valid phone number, but I still can’t use market.
