I was saving gold instead of spending it, I went into the game today and saw that they are all gone. I checked to see if my Steam account is logged in. No one other than me is logged into my Steam account, but the gold is gone. Let’s see if Lost Ark will bring back my loss in this game. If they do not find a solution quickly, I and my friends are considering quitting the game as we have lost our confidence in the game.
How can your gold simply go missing? Are you sure you didn’t get hacked.

I am sorry to hear about the missing gold, as @Vapourizer mentioned I would recommend to first verify your account and make sure no one else might be using your account, also I will recomend you to exit and relaunch the game in case its a bug while connecting to your characters, if the gold still appears to be missing please contact us so we can open an investigation:
