So I’ve come to terms that I got jebaited with the dumb blue paladin skin that I’m stuck with because it’s blue crystals, but come on making blue crystal skins HARDSTUCK ON A SINGULAR TOON IS STUPID!.
Why are blue crystal skins just 3rd class garbage that can’t be transferred rooster wide. It legitimately feels that you just make these blue crystal skins as a noob trap. If I just bought them with my royal crystals or used said royal crystals and turned them into Gold for the AH I could’ve used this skin on all of my paladins but because I didn’t know better I now have this skin hardstuck on my main toon which it will 100% be useless in the future as I had planned from the start to get the legendary style for that one.
Yes for every white knight out there you’d be correct that this piece of information is on the first page you see when you hover over the skin Binds I thought that was just to my account but honestly no skin guide I ever seen warns that blue crystal skins are trash which can’t be transferred between same class toons on your rooster.
That is why I say its a noob trap as honestly we have no idea the long-term implications that it means for customize later on in the game as you’ve got no options with it your just sol hope you enjoy it on that singular toon forever
Now for the rework its pretty simple just make all skins bought on the dumb store pages rooster wide but bound to that type of class like how royal crystal skins work… I don’t even understand why this isn’t just the standard it just makes sense why make blue crystals dumb for no reason
so to recap lets go over the pros of each type of skin
Royal crystal skins - Tradeable , transferable rooster wide for that class
Blue Crystal skins - not tradeable , cant transfer to same class toons
Why does the blue crystal skins even exist in this state!?!?!? Like why yes please scam me game thanks for that, is what it feels like to own this dumb blue crystal skin and the kicker is I used royal crystals to buy the dumb blue crystal pack to just get raw dogged on this ![]()
