i got dc p2 when boss %5-10 hp so we at last phase , i got dc and go reconnect but i can’t get any reward, can’t enter. what i do ?
Yeah dw your run for the week is gone because ags is incompetent, but hey maybe they might just sprinkle in a 1day aura of resonance for your troubles

I’m truly sorry to hear about this situation, normally after sometime you should get a “restoration ticket” on your game mail but in some occasions that doesn’t happen and unfortunately we are not able to manually reset it.
I totally understand this is not the preferred scenario but I can guarantee you that our devs are working on a permanent solution for this and apart from this we certainly appreciate your patience and understanding.
