I was doing G1 Vykas got DC´d. and I was out of the run (I didnt got the rewards), and tried to atleast keep doing G2, and it seems the G1 progress did count, and I cant do anything now on this Character…, please do something about this Dc issue!!!

Sorry to hear you were disconnected and lost your entry to the Vykas Legion Raid.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, we expect the delivery of the replacement ticket to take around 4 hours but could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

Well hope I get that ticket, cuz that was due to the servers, I got DC multiple times on the G1.
In my experience the tickets usually do work. Like in 75% of cases or so…
PS: On the other hand you just get the entry itself, not the loot you should have already received etc. It leads to some really nasty situations inside of raid gates logic.
