I got disconnected during argos phase 3 run and I could not get the reward

I got disconnected during argos phase 3 and my party finished the raid while I was reconnecting. I could reconnect but I could not claim the reward nor enter my argos raid again.

Can I get the entry count so I can try for the argos run phase 3 this week?

I’m truly sorry to hear about your situation during the Argos Raid.

Unfortunately, in this case we have to wait until the weekly reset since its not possible to manually do it but devs team are already working on a long term fix for this issue!

@Gurum, In this case we do have to wait until next week.

@keysnsamples18, the restoration ticket is what the system has give automatically when a player disconnects but in some rare occasions the game doesn’t issue ticket and it is not possible to issue it manually.

This is not rare It happened to me twice in 1 day + My entire guild run all lost our run without a re-entry ticket and we were at boss 1 of oreha. This is a server issue. It feels like a lottery. All 4 of my guild run members did not receive a ticket. It has been 17 hours.

So does that mean dev team is going to make a fix for this issue and I will get the additional entry ticket,

or I just lose the entry for Argos raid this week forever?

If you don’t get a restoration ticket then your SOL and get no Argos loot this week

As Keysnsamples18 said, if you didn’t get the ticket right after, you get nothing and have to wait until next week. Support claims they are working on a permanent fix, but they’ve been working on it for two months and currently have no estimate, so you should assume it will be a permanent issue.

Coming from new world, not very surprising tbh but the funny part is that in the email that is sent after you contact CS there is this quote at the bottom that says “Your feedback is helping us build Earth’s Most Customer-Centric Company”, what part about this is so customer centric​:rofl::rofl: we already know that the restoration ticket exists, is it that hard for devs who are paid hundreds of thousands a year to hand it out to affected playets?
