I got dced during Vykas fight while my team is passing P2. I’m now get locked out from the instance. The game shows P2 incomplete but my entry count is spent please fix this.

I am sorry to know about the spent entry count due to a DC.
I would like to inform you that we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, please wait while the system process your case, normally it takes more than 24 hours for the system to provide the ticket if you’re eligible, I apologize for the inconvenience.
