I had a disconnection at valtan gate 1 and i didnt get a tickt

I had a disconnection at valtan gate 1, when you can connect to the game I didn’t earn rewards and I couldn’t advance to gate 2, 48 hours have passed and I haven’t received a tickt.

I have a print that gate 1 was not completed and I cannot advance to gate 2.

We are glad to have you here with us. I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your issue with the rewards from Valtan and the missing ticket, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

Heroes of Arkesia, We know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability. As a few players may have already seen, in an effort to help improve these less than ideal experiences we now have a system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance) when a game server crash or outage occurs during play…

A few key points I wish to highlight:

• The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
• Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

that’s all you guys know how to say, it’s unfair even though I was disconnected at gate 1 I don’t have access to 2 and they won’t give me the bug game ticket.

Who made those decisions? It’s like forcing people to lie to you in tickets cause you are so stupid to make a distinctions between power outtage and internet issue. Jesus just give those people their rewards. They are not going to spend money on the game or give you any money with a support shitty like that anyway. You guys have really a long long long way to learn how customer suppor and player binding works. Thats not it.

Hello Arkesians,

I understand the points you make and remind you that you can share your thoughts and feelings in the Feedback section of the forums or you can also submit your valuable feedback by filing a web ticket here.

Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.

when will we get a truly LIVE CHAT?? i also got disconnected due to lost internet connection for 30 secs… why in the world u guys cant even give the ticket to those people who get disconnected due to lost of internet connection like us?

Thank you for following up on this topic. Unfortunately, the system we have in place does not consider anything but verified server crashes or outages in order to refund the entries. There is no official information available at present regarding Live Chat becoming a service we offer again.

I encourage you to share your thoughts and feelings on these and any other scenarios in the links I provided earlier.
