Not complete in my Adventurer’s Tome as pictured below
I’m at the place where I should get the third part and it doesn’t show up for me to get as pictured below
Could someone help me, I’ve looked at several videos on youtube and they all point to the same place.

You have to grab each of the 3 points for the quest in sequential order within a specific timeframe. After picking up the first one, you’ll see a new buff just above your abilities with a timer, grab #2 and #3 before that buff goes away.
