I lost the gold and chest because got disconnected 1 second before kaku’ls death.
It shows that i completed the entire raid and didn’t get any ticket to revert the situation.
HELP.

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your Kakul’s run, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

Btw, how do I verify that it was not my problem but a server problem?
I changed my character a few hours ago to continue cleaning content until I receive the ticket.

The process is fully automatic and handled by our system, no need for you to verify anything! 
You can continue to play with the same character if that is something you wish to do, it won’t affect the process!
