Currently worried that I am being attacked by someone because of my name. I read in another topic that someone named Regulus on the Regulus server was banned because of random mail. I also play on the Regulus server and my character name is Berserker.

I could literally just stream my game the whole day to show that every couple mins new mail will pop up. Already got 5 pages of mail…

Edit2 The mail seems to be the same set of people retrieving and re-sending mail over and over. They send the mail with attachments, retrieve the mail, then send another one with attachments.
Honestly hoping to get clarification first. If returning them is safe to do then I will gladly do so, I have no idea what AGS wants done considering that maybe returning them could also flag my account for whatever dumb reason. Could also be possible that they will delete them on their end instead because that is the only way for them to remove without getting flagged.
Hopefully you get a response soon, that is a very weird issue and I don’t blame you for being wary.
I would just leave them undisturbed, ignore any you get and just simply don’t touch them until someone from staff can give you a clear answer.
So I was told to send a web ticket and report all the people that sent me mail. I copied the conversation in case its needed also. I was told not to touch the mail at all so hopefully all this gets resolved with the ticket.

Jokes on us, hes actually the pimp of all bots. Bots sends gold to their main after botting to avoid loss if their accounts gets reported and banned.
Exposing himself purposely but act innocent. incase he gets banned, hes got this post he can use to fight back AGS.
All jokes aside.
Since uve reported, and if it still continues, just accept them free gold if AGS not gonna do anything about it.
The characters that sent me the mail were able to get the mail+attachments back. (Apparently there is a retrieve sent mail option) So my mail is now filled with “Name requested to have the mail returned” letters.
I also stopped receiving mail altogether a day after this post. I ended up with 42 mail.
I am 100% convinced that someone is trying to ban people with highly contested names. Like explained above, someone sent random mail to “Regulus” and that person got banned. Then someone mailed my char named “Berserker”. And just now my character “Bard” just received random gold mail which I’m obviously not accepting and will once again report. (Still need a report mail button in the game please)
